- Indications d'application

ELISA (1/100 and 1/600). Has been used in a simple ELISA using 1 g of antigen coated perwell, using alkaline phosphatase conjugated anti-sheep for detection. All incubations at18C using pNPP substrate, with OD measurements at 405 nm.
Other applications not tested.
