Specificité: Binds phosphorylated threonine residues in a manner largely independent of the surrounding amino acid sequence. The antibody is phospho-specific but does not cross-react with phosphoserine-containing sequences. It does show slight cross-reactivity with a few phospho-tyrosine-containing peptides.
