Specificité: Recognizes all members of the cadherin family of proteins including N-cadherin, E-cadherin, P-cadherin and R-cadherin. This antibody is useful as both a ubiquitous cadherin probe, as well as a marker for adherens junctions. Species cross-reactivity: human, bovine, mouse, rat, chicken, amphibian (Xenopus), canine, monkey, as well as other species.

Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry: 1-10 μg/mL. For Formalin fixed, paraffin embedded sections, Heat Induced Epitope Retrieval (HIER) step is required prior to staining. Western Blot: 1 μg/mL. ELISA: 0.1-1 μg/mL.
