Indications d'application: Approved: ELISA (1:10000, 10 μg/mL), IHC, IHC-Fr, IHC-P, WB

Usage: ELISA: 1:10000 dilution with solid phase antigen. For sandwich ELISA, use as the capture antibody. Western Blot: 10 μg/mL under non-reducing and non-heating conditions. Immunohistochemistry: 10 μg/mL on cultured cells, frozen and paraffin- embedded tissue sections.IHC-P requires Proteinase K antigen retrieval.
