Indications d'application: Approved: ELISA, WB

Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: React with human Hepatitis C Virus core protein. No reaction with HCV non-structural protein. Western Blot: Concentration of 0.1 μg/mL MAb will allow visualization of 0.1u/lane of. recombinant CPC+EPM (core), 0.5 μg/lane synthetic CPC, and 0.1 μg/lane recombinant chimeric HCV polyprotein. Testing is under both reducing and non-reducing conditions.
