Indications d'application: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: 0.2-1 μg/mL. Approx 55 kDa band seen in HeLa lysate (Predicted MW ofapprox.55 kDa according to NP_001148.1). Immunohistochemistry: 3-5 μg/mL. In paraffin embedded Human Placenta shows strongstaining of Basement Membrane in trophoblasts.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
