Peptide ELISA: Lmit dilution 1: 32000. Western bot: 1-3 μml. Approx 80 kDa band observed in mouse heart lysates (calculated MWof 81.0 kDa according to NP_036348.1 and 77.0 kDa according to NP_438112.1). Immunohistochemistry: 5-10 μg/mL. In paraffin embedded Human Kidney shows strongstaining in cytoplasm and brush border of some epithelial cells of proximal convolutedtubules.
Other applications not tested.
