Indications d'application: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: Experiments gave bands at both approx 25 kDa and approx 45 kDa in HumanBrain extracts at 0.1 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: 3-5 μg/mL. In paraffin embedded Human Kidney shows cytoplasmstaining of PCT and DCT cells.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

It is detected at low levels in brain and at very low levels in heart, adrenal gland, testis, liver and kidney.
