  • Indications d'application
ELISA. Flow Cytometry. Immunoprecipitation. Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin Sections: 1/50. This CD275/ICOS Ligand antibody was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on apanel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat inducedantigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slideswere incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody LS-D2, followed by alkalinephosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.
    Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

    Sujet
ICOS ligand (inducible T cell co stimulator ligand) is a member of the B7 family and the immunoglobulin superfamily. Human ICOS ligand is expressed by activated monocytes/macrophages and dendritic cells. It binds to a CD28 like receptor, inducible costimulator molecule (ICOS, AILIM, CRP-1), which is expressed by activated T cells. This interaction plays an important role in the T cell costimulation pathway.Synonyms: B7 homolog 2, B7-like protein Gl50, B7-related protein 1, B7H2, B7RP-1, B7RP1, ICOSL, ICOSLG, KIAA0653
