Indications d'application: ELISA: HP CagA antibody (Clone 5C6) can be used as Detection antibody. HRP conjugatedanti-HP CagA clone 5C6 matches with clone 10E9 and clone 5H10 coated wells in SandwichELISA assay to detect the recombinant antigen is used. In addition, clone 5C6 selectivelydetected cell lysate of a CagA containing HP strain when clone 5H10 is used as coatingantibody.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
