Specificité
- IgG prior to conjugation was monospecific when analyzed by immunoelectrophoresis. No reaction was seen with normal human serum and only one band was observed in plasma. Identity was verified using purified Fn-E. There is good reactivity to intact fibrinogen but no reaction was detected to purified Fibrin-D.
