Usage: Suitable for use in Indirect Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Indirect Immunofluorescence: >1:50 (infected culture cells). Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin sections): Dilute with buffer pH 7.5-8.0 to desired working volume.
