Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunofluorescence. Immunofluorescence: 1:10-1:50. Acetone fixation of the antigen source is recommended prior to staining. ELISA: 1:20-1:200. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
