Indications d'application: Approved: ELISA (1:16000), WB

Usage: ELISA: 1:33,000. 1 μg/mL of LS-C92154 (as capture antibody) forms an antibody pair with LS-C92156(as biotinylated detection antibody) for sandwich ELISA of aprotinin at sample concentrations of 4-250 μg/mL. Both urine and plasma samples diluted 1:1000 can be assayed against standards in buffer. PBS-based buffers are unsuitable for this assay and 0.2M glycine sodium buffer,  pH 8.8, is recommended for washing and dilution buffers.
