Sujet
- Plasminogen activator, urokinase receptor,CD87, the urokinase plasminogen activator receptor (UPAR), is a GPI-anchored single chain glycoprotein of a 50-68 kDa, which is expressed on granulocytes, monocytes/macrophages, dendritic cells, endothelial cells, fibroblasts and keratinocytes. The urokinase plasminogen activator bound to CD87 converts plasminogen to plasmin, and being concentrated on the leading edge of migrating cells, it plays important role in cell adhesion and chemotaxis. CD87 binds to β,1, β,2, and β,3 integrins, and can contribute to cancer cell invasion and metastasis. This antigen can also be used to study normal and abnormal granulopoiesis.,UPAR, URKR, PLAUR
