Indications d'application: ELISA: Use at 0.1 μg/mL. Immunoblotting: 0.5 μg/mL for HRPO/ECL detection. Recommended blocking buffer: Casein/Tween 20 based blocking and blot incubationbuffer AS00002BU-N or AS00002BU-L. Immunoprecipitation: Use at 1-10 μg per 10^6 pervanadate-treated A431 cells. Included Positive Control: Phosphotyrosine MW standard.
Other applications not tested.
