Indications d'application

Peptide ELISA: Detection Limit: 1/64000. Western blot: 0.3-1 μg/mL. Detects a band of Approx 50 kDa in Human Prostate lysates. The observed molecular weightcorresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Patel et al. , ClinChem.1986 Oct,32(10): 1832-5. PMID: 3530530).
Other applications not tested.
