Indications d'application:

Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Testis shows textured nuclear staining of the primary spermatocytes . Recommended concentration, 2-4 μg/mL.

Western Blot: No signal obtained yet but low background observed in Human Testis and U937 lysates at up to 1 μg/mL. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates?

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:4000.

Immunoelectron microscopy: This product stained chromatoid bodies in Rat spermatids.
