Application
-
-
Specificité
- The antibody recognizes Carboxypeptidase B from Porcine pancreas. The reagents were evaluated for potency, purity and specificity using most or all of the following techniques: Immunoelectrophoresis, Cross-Immunoelectrophoresis, single Radial Immunodiffusion (Ouchterlony), block titration, ELISA, Immunoblotting and Enzyme Inhibition. Cross-reactivities against enzymes of other sources may occur but have not been determined.

Sujet
- Carboxypeptidase catalyzes the hydrolysis of the basic amino acids lysine, arginine and ornithine from the C terminal position in polypeptides. It occurs as a zymogen in the pancreas in most vertebrates.Synonyms: CPB, CPB1, PASP, PCPB, Pancreas-specific protein
