Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Cerebrl Cortex shows nuclear staining at verious intensities along the neuronal cells. Recommended concentration, 3-5 μg/mL.

Western Blot: Approx 42 kDa band observed in Human Brain (Cerebellum, Cerebral Cortex and Frontal Cortex) lysates (calculated MW of 45.2 kDa according to NP_005625.2). Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5 μg/mL.

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.
