Specificité: Recognizes a restricted CD45 epitope encoded by the CD45 C exon and will bind and immunoprecipitate both the 210kD RC and 226kD RAC isoforms. MIL15, binds to an epitope alternative to that bound by clone MIL5, also against CD45RC differing in their ability to stain B cells in tissue sections.
