Indications d'application: Approved: IHC, IHC-Fr (1:10), IHC-P (1:10), WB (1:10)

Usage: Suitable for discrimination of keratinizing and non-keratinizing squamous cell carcinoma versus e. g. poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: Reacts with Mr 56000 polypeptide of Keratin 6 of human squamous epithelia. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen, paraffin): 1:10 diluted with PBS using the ABC method. Incubate for 1 hour at RT, extended for paraffin sections. Fixation with formalin is recommended. Microwave treatment improves performance.
