Indications d'application: Approved: WB (1 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Western blot: 1 μg/mL. Recombinant Cyclophilin A and B (5 ng each) and lysates from human HeLa, human A431, mouse Baf/3, rat PC12, rat Rat-2, and rat NRK cell lysates were resolved by SDS-PAGE. Following electrophoresis, proteins were transferred to an Immobilon-P membrane and immunoblotted with 1 μg/mL mouse anti-Cyclophilin B.
