Indications d'application: Approved: ELISA, WB (0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Using plates coated with 100 μL/well of the capture antibody, in combination with 100 μL/well of the detection antibody at 50 ng/mL, an ELISA for sample volumes of 100 μL can be obtained. To arrive at the optimal dose range for. this ELISA, set up a two-fold dilution series of the protein standard stAgRPing with 4 ng/mL. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL. The detection limit for rhAgRP is approximately 1 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
