Usage: ELISA (Capture): 2-8 μg/mLFlow Cytometry: 2.5 μg labels 10e6 cells. Tested in MCF-7 cells.Western Blot: 2 μg/mL detects human FOLR1 in human cortex tissue and HeLa cells under non-reducing conditions only. Immunocytochemistry: 8-25 μg/mL. Tested on immersion fixed MCF-7 cells.Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
