Usage: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry, ELISA and Dot Blot. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:20 if Peroxidase labeled secondary is used. If FITC is used dilute 1:10. Not tested on paraffin. Immunocytochemistry: Cultured human cells. ELISA: Native human collagen II. Dot Blot: Native human collagen II.
