Usage: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000 for neat serum and 1-10 μg/mL for affinity pure using ECL. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000 using 50-100 ng of control peptide/well. Immunohistochemistry & Immunofluorescence: We recommend the use of aff purified IgG at 2-10 μg/mL in 4 % PF-fixed and in frozen free floating sections.
