Approved: ELISA (1:1000 - 1:5000), IHC, WB
Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Dot Blot, ELISA, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:1000-1:5000. Use 1 μg of Malate Dehydrogenase (Porcine Heart) in a standard sandwich ELISA with ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
