Specificité: Recognizes rabbit and human aldolase. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against purified and partially purified rabbit muscle aldolase, anti-peroxidase and anti-goat serum. Cross-reactivity against aldolase from other tissues and species may occur.

Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy. ELISA: 1:1000-1:2000. Western Blot: 1:1000. Detects a band at ~41kD in lysates from MCF7, NMB231 and HBL100 cell lines. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
