Usage: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Also suitable as an inhibitor of P-cadherin dependent cell-cell contact. Immunofluorescence: 2-5 μg/mL. ELISA: 0.5 μg/mL using immobilized A431 cells. Western Blot (Native): 0.5-2 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 2 μg/mL, Requires heat induced epitope retrieval with citrate buffer,  pH 6.0, prior to staining. Inhibition of P-cadherin-dependent cell-cell contact: 100 μg/mL.
