Specificité
- Recognizes SAP97 as a triplet of bands between 95-140kD. Molecular weight variations exist between species, with the major band observed between 120 and 140kD. Lower molecular weight (90kD) degradation products of the 140kD protein have been observed in rat brain. Recognizes SAP97 in the human colon carcinoma cell line, CACO-2 and the mouse fibroblast L-cell line, which is stably transfected with recombinant E-cadherin (LE cells). Species cross-reactivity: human, mouse, rat, bovine, chicken, canine, hamster, monkey, porcine, rabbit and sheep.
