It may function as a CpG island binding protein and thus a potential regulator of gene transcription. Phosphorylation of C17orf96 may be involved in regulation of the interaction of C17orf96 with PRC2. C17orf96 phospho Ser15 antibody (pAb) was raised in a Rabbit host. It has been validated for use in Dot blot, it has been shown to react with Mouse samples.
