Attributs du produit
- The UTF1 (undifferentiated embryonic cell transcription factor 1, hUTF1) gene encodes a protein that acts as a transcriptional coactivator of ATF2. The leucine-zipper domain is required for coactivation activity. UTF1 is also a key chromatin component in ES cells and is involved in chromatin structure and pluripotency. UTF1 antibody (pAb) was raised in a Rabbit host. It has been validated for use in Western blot, it has been shown to react with Human and Mouse samples.
