Specificité: The mouse monoclonal antibody W8B2B10 recognizes TNAP (tissue non-specific alkaline phosphatase), an ectoenzyme expressed mainly on embryonic stem cells, liver, bone, and kidney cells. This antibody is suitable for characterization of bone marrow-derived MSCs, iPSCs, and ESCs.

Purification: Purified antibody is conjugated with R-phycoerythrin (PE) under optimum conditions. Unconjugated antibody and free fluorochrome are removed by size-exclusion chromatography.
