Sujet
- Rabbit Anti-GDF-7 Polyclonal Antibody,GDF7, Growth/differentiation factor 7, GDF-7,GDF7 encodes a member of the bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) family. BMPs belong to the transforming growth factor-beta superfamily of secreted signaling molecules that regulate diverse processes in growth, repair and embryonic development. The encoded preproprotein is proteolytically processed to generate the mature protein, which may play a role in the differentiation of tendon cells and spinal cord interneurons. A mutation in this gene may be associated with increased risk for Barrett's esophagus and esophageal adenocarcinoma.,Growth
