Sujet
- Proto-oncogene DBL, Proto-oncogene MCF-2The oncogenic protein encoded by this gene is a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) that exerts control over some members of the Rho family of small GTPases. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. These isoforms exhibit different expression patterns and varying levels of GEF activity. MCF2 (MCF. Cell Line Derived Transforming Sequence) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with MCF2 include Xeroderma Pigmentosum, Group B and Aarskog-Scott Syndrome. Among its related pathways are p75 NTR receptor-mediated signalling and RET signaling.
