L’anticorps anti-MMP1 22k Polyclonal Lapin est utilisé pour la détection de MMP1 22k dans des échantillons de Humain et Rat. Il a été validé pour WB et ELISA.
Cleaved-MMP-1 22k (F100) Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of fragment of activated MMP-1 22k protein resulting from cleavage adjacent to F100.
Purification
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.

Sujet
MMP1, CLG, Interstitial collagenase, Fibroblast collagenase, Matrix metalloproteinase-1, MMP-1MMP1 encodes a member of the peptidase M10 family of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs). Proteins in this family are involved in the breakdown of extracellular matrix in normal physiological processes, such as embryonic development, reproduction, and tissue remodeling, as well as in disease processes, such as arthritis and metastasis. The encoded preproprotein is proteolytically processed to generate the mature protease. This secreted protease (matrix metallopeptidase 1) breaks down the interstitial collagens, including types I, II, and III. MMP1 is part of a cluster of MMP genes on chromosome 11. Mutations in MMP1 are associated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants, at least one of which encodes an isoform that is proteolytically processed.
