Indications d'application:
Immunohistochemistry: use at 1-10 μg/mL on paraffin-embedded tissues with heat-induced antigen retrieval in citrate buffer (10 mM, pH 6.0, 10 minutes).
Immunoblotting: use at 1-10 μg/mLHGAL mRNA and protein expression in lysates of indicated cell lines. Actin served as a loading control.
These are recommended concentrations.

HGAL is a cytoplasmic protein and has been demonstrated in follicular lymphoma, Burkitt lymphoma, lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin lymphoma, and a subset of DLBCL.
