Sujet
- The nucleocapsid (N) protein of SARS-CoV-2 is an abundant RNA-binding protein critical for the packaging of the single-stranded RNA viral genome. Due to its abundance, it is an interesting target for antibody detection in biopsies and tissue. The protein N is also present inside virion particles bound to single-stranded RNA.
