Immunogène: Rabbits were immunized with highly purified HHHHHH-KLH (6xHIS) and the resulting antiserum was collected. Specific antibody was immunoaffinity purified off an antigen containing immunosorbent and conjugated with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). Antibody concentration was determined using an absorbance at 280 nm: 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG. FITC/Protein Ratio = 3.0 - 6.0.
