    Sujet

Background: EPS8L2 (epidermal growth factor receptor kinase substrate 8-like protein 2) bears significant similarity to eps8. Like eps8, EPS8L2 has been shown to interact with SOS-1, a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF), and activate its Rac-GEF activity. EPS8L2 localizes to PDGF-induced F-actin rich ruffles and plays a role in mediating receptor-tyrosine kinase activated actin remodeling.
