Attributs du produit: CD15 is a trisaccharide determinant (3-fucosyl-N-acetyllactosamine) expressed on several glycolipids, glycoproteins and proteoglycans of various cell types, e.g. granulocytes, mast cells, monocytes, macrophages, cells of gastric mucosa, nervous system or various tumor cells. The clone MMA recognizes CD15, a cell surface protein (~220 kDa), and it is abundantly expressed by granulocytes and monocytes. It plays important role in mediating phagocytosis, bactericidal activity, and chemotaxis. It is also expressed by Reed-Sternberg cells and some other epithelial cells. This antibody is very useful in the identification of Hodgkin's Disease and large cell lymphomas of both B and T phenotypes.
