It is reactive against the MV membrane protein encoded by ORF M1R of monkeypox virus. This product is sold for research use only. Optimal working concentrations should be determined by each researcher.

    Purification

    This human recombinant IgG1 antibody is purified using a multiple step process to include Protein A or Protein G chromatography. It is produced using in vitro cell culture techniques. Antibody concentration was determined using an absorbance at 280 nm: 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG.
