Indications d'application: Adalimumab binds specifically to TNF and neutralizes the biological function of TNF by blocking its interaction with the p55 and p75 cell surface TNF receptors. Adalimumab, unlike Infliximab (Ab00146), was shown to be cross-reactive with mouse TNF alpha (Arnoult 2017, PMID: 28584008).

This chimeric mouse antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Human IgG1 format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
