Indications d'application: The antibody was used to immunoprecipitate NKp46 Molecules from NK and COS-7 cells (Pessino et al., 1998, PMID 9730896 and Cantoni et al. 1999, PMID: 10049942). NK cells were analyzed for NKp46 surface expression by immunofluorescence and Flow Cytometry analysis using the antibody (Sivori et al., 1999, PMID: 10359120). The antibody binding to NKp46 promoted an increase of cytolytic activity in NK cells (Sivori et al., 1997, PMID: 9314561 and Sivori et al., 1999, PMID: 10359120).

This chimeric human antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgG1 format for improved compatibility with existing reagents assays and techniques.
