Indications d'application: The antibody specifically detected HNF1 beta protein in Western blot analysis. The antibody 11A1 and the commercial antibody TA347 were used to stain clear cell renal cell carcinoma and ovarian clear cell carcinoma. Results showed the antibody specificity is comparable to the commercial antibody. Further, the sensitivity of the antibody 11A1 was higher than the commercial antibody (CN113087794A).

This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgG1 format for improved compatibility with existing reagents assays and techniques.
