- Recombinant Anti-human CD56 Monoclonal Antibody (Clone: N901), Human IgG1 Fc Silent Kappa
-
Attributs du produit
- The recombinant N901 antibody binds to the human CD56 protein, a homophilic binding glycoprotein expressed on the surface of neurons, glia and skeletal muscle. CD56 is a marker of neural lineage commitment. CD56 expression is found in the hematopoietic system, natural killer cells, and other lymphoid cells, including gamma delta (γδ) 84 cells and activated CD8+ T cells, as well as on dendritic cells. CD56 has a role in cell-cell adhesion, neurite outgrowth, synaptic plasticity, and learning and memory.
