    Sujet

Background: CO (CONSTANS) is a putative transcription factor which is involved in the long day flowering pathway and has been implied to control mediation between circadian clock and flowering. It regulates flowering time by interactions with SOC1 (suppressor of CO 1), TF1 (terminal flower 1), and FT (flowering locus T). Furthermore it is involved in proline and ethylene biosynthesis.

Additional information: Recommended protocol for CO protein extraction Serrano-Bueno et al. 2020. Detection has to be done on a nuclear extract preparation in the evening on a Long Day that is the moment when CO protein is more stable.
