Sujet
- ICO-116 specifically recognizes CD16. This molecule also named low affinity Fc receptor for IgG (FcgammaRIII) exhibits two truncated Ig-like domains and is 50-80 kDa. It is highly expressed on NK-cells, granulocytes and macrophages. ICO-116 binds to 15 % peripheral lymphocytes of healthy donors (NK-cells), granulocytes, macrophages. CD16 represents the functional receptor structure for antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity. Positive control: K-562 or U-937 cells. Lymph nodes and tonsils.
