Sujet: IL26 antibody detects interleukin 26, a cytokine belonging to the IL-10 family that regulates immune cell communication. IL26 is secreted by activated T cells and natural killer cells, exerting its effects through a receptor complex composed of IL20RA and IL10RB subunits. This cytokine signals via STAT pathways to stimulate production of proinflammatory mediators, particularly in epithelial and immune cell populations.
